I'm sure I've seen another site do this, but I think it's cool. You can simply make t-shirt designs and people can buy them, rather than having to get a load screen printed....

looks good although Cafe Press has been leading the way on this since forever, you upload a design and they'll print it on almost anything....you can create a shop full of mugs, hoodies, thongs (seriously), mouse mats etc, etc then you set the markup you want to make (with a slider tool) and they handle the whole process and then send you the mark up money...here's the shop I made when I had Studley's and actually sold some of the merch.
